Salto and Turano Viaducts

These are the ‘Great Viaducts’ in the navigable artificial basins of the Salto and Turano rivers, which originated with the construction of the relevant dams, related to the hydroelectric pole of Terni. The work involved the extraordinary maintenance and local reinforcement of the slab and Gerber supports. Among the services performed are the assessment of load-bearing capacity and seismic vulnerability, BIM modelling, Bridge Management System, technical and economic feasibility study, final and executive design, safety coordination during the design phase, and construction management.
