New arch bridge over the Ticino River

Construction of a new road bridge over the Ticino river. The new structure, with a maximum nominal span of 150 m and a doubly symmetrical plan, has a prestressed-reinforced concrete deck consisting of two casted in place box girder beams suspended by two double reinforced concrete arches at the main spans. The deck is completed by 4 bank spans with nominal spans of 50 m and 44 m structurally continuous with the main ones.
