BRENG, as Agent of the RTP with Cooprogetti, STRAFER INGEGNERIA and InsKema, was awarded the executive design service under the tender called by Anas for the mixed integrated works and services contract “FI 14/24 – S.S. 64 Porrettana. Road axis connecting the junctions of Prato Est and Prato Ovest – Doubling of Viale Leonardo da Vinci in the section between Via Marx and Via Nenni through the construction of an underpass.”
An intervention with a total value of more than 50 million euros, aimed at modernizing and upgrading the road infrastructure, with the objective of reducing traffic congestion, promoting urban continuity and ensuring higher standards of safety for all road users. The construction of an artificial tunnel in the highly urbanized context of the city of Prato required the involvement of Diamonds srl – Diagnostics and Monitoring of Structures to study a careful geotechnical-structural monitoring system.
