Final and detalied design of Pedemontana Nord road – Tratto Teramo – Ascoli Piceno.
The project represents the continuation of the route of the so-called Marche-Abruzzo-Molise backbone, also known as the Pedemontana Abruzzo-Marche, in the northern section of the Province of Teramo, hence referred to as Pedemontana Nord. This section has already been partially completed, in functional lots (Lot I and Lot II), by the same Province and is currently open to traffic. The route, approximately 4.9 km long, begins at the Floriano interchange and ends at the SS 259 in the Garrufo area, passing through the territory of the Municipality of Campli (TE) and the Municipality of Sant’Omero (TE).
